Why is it free?
BudgetFlow started as a tool built for financial patterns that most budgeting apps ignore: rent paid to a landlord, income from more than one source, chamas and group savings, money lent to family. The goal was to make that tool available to the people who need it, without a credit card in the way. There are no paid tiers today, and no features held back behind one.
Your data is encrypted in transit, never sold or shared, and you can export or delete it whenever you want. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Rent Tracking
Most budgeting apps treat rent like any other expense line. BudgetFlow tracks it the way renters actually deal with it: one entry per property, its own landlord, its own due date.
Income Tracking
Salary, a side project, a bit of investment income, whatever comes in. BudgetFlow logs it by category and month so you know exactly where your money came from.
Lending
Money lent to a friend or relative rarely gets recorded formally. BudgetFlow keeps a quiet, precise record: who borrowed what, how much is left, and when it was expected back.
Savings Plans
Group savings plans usually run on trust, a WhatsApp group, and someone's memory. BudgetFlow gives the treasurer a shared schedule and a clear record for every member.
Budgeting
A single monthly budget number tells you little. BudgetFlow lets you assign a budget per category and tracks spending against it as expenses come in.
Analytics
Beyond the raw numbers, BudgetFlow turns your income, rent, and expenses into a picture of where you stand right now and where you're headed next month.
